Hotel Andino Quito, Quito

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room I stayed in was one of the worst hotel rooms I've experienced, but it was super clean and spacious. Although it faced the patio, which was nice to be in the middle of the action near the lobby and walkways, it meant less privacy and more noise compared to other rooms. The service provided by the staff was incredible, they were very friendly, helpful, and attentive, going the extra mile at every opportunity. The location was great, nestled between the La Mariscal and La Floresta areas in a quiet residential neighborhood, offering proximity to various attractions and amenities. The dining experience, although simple, was great and plentiful, with delicious made-to-order eggs, freshly squeezed juices, and more. However, the price may not fully reflect the value provided, as some aspects could be improved.

The hotel has a great location within walking distance to attractions, although the rooms are a bit outdated. The service is exceptional with staff going above and beyond, but the dining options are limited. Overall, a good value for the price.
